PROCESSING
METHOD
Our plantations in Peru are free of pesticides, fungicides
and herbicides. The resulting jojoba wax is absolutely free
of any chemicals; it is therefore a NATURAL product.
Our plantations and processing in Argentina are certified
Organic by OIA (Organizacion Internacional Agropecuaria),
the official representative of IFOAM (European Union) and
NOP (USA) . Our organic production also fulfills Japanese
standards.
Once cold pressed, jojoba is filtered in order to separate
the remaining particles that cloud the oil. It is then transferred
to an isolation tank where it is pasteurized at 70° C
for approximately two hours.
Close attention is given to the use of filters and containers
that pass ISO norms and are approved for use in the food industry.
The containers used are always new and every lot of jojoba
oil poured into them is independently checked by a laboratory.
The constant controls at different points of production, enables
us to supply the market with a product that is quality certified. |
